In my 20 years in the skin care business I have gained so many new clients over the years who paid as little as possible and then contact me to help them with the machine operation or replacement parts that the seller will not honor. Direct purchases with Chinese sellers many times lacks the customer service needed for the proper and safe operation of your new skin care machines.

If you must return the item many times they will also make you pay for shipping back to China which is very costly. Also many times understanding the loose translation and instructions can be very confusing and will end up in failure to properly understanding your new skin care machine.

These Chinese machines have improved tremendously over the past 20 years, but the ability to convey even more complicated technology is still a big concern when dealing with them directly overseas.

Bottom line you get what you pay for. Having a U.S. based warranty with no potentially costly shipping returns back to China for warranty issues which can cost over $100 to ship back. Equally important is the user manual or training video’s. Many times these manuals are poorly written and hard to comprehend. Chinese training video’s never offer verbal assistant and will often take 1 or 2 days to get your answers, being able to call someone to get your answers immediately is very important to your business and your clients.

Also are you able to directly call them for help? How much money will your business lose if you cannot properly operate your machine or get the answers you need to convey they advantages of your new machines to your clients? Bottom line the product is only as effective as your ability to properly use and market your new skin care machine.
